Hospitality Training

We're inviting every volunteer serving on our SPBC Host Team, Caring Hearts Nursing Ministry, Security Team, First Impressions Team, and Parking Ministry to join Rev. Dr. Lance Watson, Sr. to gather for our 2026 SPBC Hospitality & Guest Experience Training on Saturday, August 29, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.!!

Every interaction is an opportunity to reflect the love of Christ. Whether you're welcoming guests at the door, assisting in the parking lot, serving through Caring Hearts, providing security, or creating meaningful first impressions, your ministry helps shape every worship experience!

This year's training will unite all of our hospitality-focused ministries for a day of learning, collaboration, and preparation as we strengthen our commitment to serving with excellence. Together, we'll review ministry standards and expectations, refresh essential procedures, and continue building a culture where every person who comes to Saint Paul's Baptist Church feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.

Because the information shared during this training will establish our ministry standards and expectations for the coming year, Pastor Watson is asking every volunteer serving in these ministries to make attendance a priority. Your presence is an important part of ensuring our teams remain unified, prepared, and equipped to serve with excellence.

Registration is required to help us prepare adequately for the day, including meals, seating, training materials, and other resources.
